HR System Consultant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Empower Users: Support the organization by developing roll-out plans and country/site-specific trainings for Oracle HCM. Help users understand and navigate the system, ensuring easy access and streamlined workflows for all employees.
• Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze and understand business requirements for various HR processes such as recruitment, talent management, and performance management. Your insights will shape the implementation of Oracle HCM to meet the organization's needs.
• Testing and deploying Oracle HCM solutions. This includes testing the system for functionality and performance, as well as deploying the system to the production environment. 
• Data Quality Management: Develop and implement data quality management processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of data within the Oracle HCM system. Lead data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities to maintain a reliable database.
• System Optimization: Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Oracle HCM, and make recommendations for optimizing the system to meet the evolving needs of the organization. Your insights will contribute to continuous improvement.

Experience and Know-how:

• Consulting Experience: You have previous experience in a consulting role, demonstrating your ability to effectively engage with clients and deliver valuable solutions.
• HR Systems Expertise: Ideally, you have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM or similar HR systems. Your understanding of HR processes and technology enables you to drive successful system implementations.
• Training Development: You possess skills in developing and delivering engaging trainings. You can effectively communicate complex concepts to various audiences, ensuring user adoption and proficiency.
• Qualification: A university degree in Business Administration, IT, or similar

Languages: Fluent English is essential, and good German skills are preferred. Knowledge of French or Italian would be a plus
