Ihre Aufgaben:

As  Sustainability Manager Positioning & Consumer Market, you will drive sustainability topics within the consumer unit and support the sales and marketing teams in displaying this competence to customers. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be: 

• You actively engage in ways to further communication and joint sustainability partnerships with WEPA’s customers.
• You position WEPA as an expert partner in terms of sustainability with innovative ideas to push and develop the market and reflect market needs.
• You steer and support development of hygiene paper portfolio towards better sustainability performance and position products based on their sustainability performance.
• You enable aligned and customer centric marketing story and product positioning centered on sustainability by translating sustainability benefits into the customers’ language. 

Ihr Profil:

Personality: Good intercultural and interpersonal skills, sustainability mindset, motivation, excellent communications skills.

Working: Analytical, data-driven and conceptual thinker with the mindset and skills to drive execution, ability to work in multifunctional teams, customer-centric approach.

Experience & Know-how:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, international experience is advantageous.
• Experience in marketing and market research, preferably in the hygiene market for consumer or professional products.
• Project management skills and the ability to work with a strong focus on impact and success.
• Experience in working with B2B customers.
• Profound knowledge on environmental and social sustainability topics as well as a basic understanding of technological interrelations.
• First experience with sustainability standards and ESG ratings would be beneficial.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent – preferably with a focus on e.g. marketing or sustainability.

Languages: Good skills in written and spoken English, ideally good German skills.

Other: Good MS Office skills.
