The position

As a Project Manager, you're the linchpin of our power systems projects, where your role is more than just management—it's about crafting symphonies of success. You'll be the reassuring voice to clients, the harmonious conductor with suppliers, and the inspirational leader to our internal staff, all while achieving project excellence that transcends defined performance measures. Main responsibilities:

• Contract Expert: Align customer agreements seamlessly.
• Communication Hub: Be the central point of contact.
• Budget Guardian: Allocate resources wisely.
• Progress Conductor: Lead captivating project meetings.
• Risk Tamer: Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Document Manager: Ensure approvals and documentation are flawless.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests.
• Logistics Orchestrator: Ensure on-time, secure deliveries.
• Financial Precision: Maintain accurate and timely invoicing.

• Scope Management: Keep projects on track and within scope.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is essential.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in an international sales and project management environment.
• E-plan Skills: Knowledge of E-plan is a valuable advantage.
• Project Expertise: Experience with project management of capital goods is crucial.
• Legal Acumen: A basic understanding of commercial and contract law is preferred.
• Flexibility: Must be willing to travel to our plant in Belecke, Warstein.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient computer skills are required to excel in this role.
