TRIO International GmbH is a member company of the ‘TRIO Lighting Group’ based in Arnsberg, Germany.
The TRIO Lighting Group (TLG) is an innovative family owned enterprise and a leading specialist in decorative home lighting with a successful company history.
TLG realized in 2018 a consolidated turnover of ca. 100 Million Euro, employs currently more than 190 persons and distributes from its HQ in Arnsberg the brands TRIO and RL. In 2018, TLG started on a plot of 55.000 sqm in Voßwinkel the build of a new HQ with adjacent a state of the art warehouse with a capacity of 45.000 pallet places, to guarantee an even higher product availability and an even shorter delivery time in the future. Its China based office takes care of the sourcing, production follow-up and quality control.
The internationalisation of TLG boosted since 2011, with the founding of TRIO International GmbH, operating in more than 30 countries and having joint-venture companies in Italy, Spain and Scandinavia.

Your profile:

  • Plan meetings between sales organisations, customer service, key customers and management
  • Lead and organize the customer service team
  • Plan, prepare and organize management visits to customer & sales organisations
  • Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, create demand forecasts and evaluate sales and supply against forecasted demand
  • Coordinate and process re-allocation of stock between different organizations
  • Prepare and review pricing of the collection
  • Monitor the collection and communicate the collection changes
  • The majority of your work will be conducted in the English language.

What we are looking for:

  • A strong active independent sale driven personality
  • Relevant experience in a similar job
  • Fluency in English language
  • The ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms, persuasive and sure appearance on the phone
  • Reliable, targeted and structured way of working and service-oriented thinking and acting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Patience and calmness under pressure
  • Affinity with demand planning
  • Affinity with IT, MS office skills (advanced in excel)
