Country Manager / Service and Calibration Engineer (m/f/d) - Expanding Our Regional Presence in Eastern Europe

Our testing systems ensure the safety of electrical products around the world - from stand-alone testers to complex automated test equipment. Every day, hundreds of thousands of electrical products are tested using SCHLEICH testing technology.

To strengthen our international presence, we are looking for dedicated individuals who want to represent SCHLEICH in their country and expand our regional market presence with a long-term perspective.

You will serve as the point of contact for our local customers and support them with calibrations, maintenance, technical questions, and the implementation of new testing solutions.

In doing so, you will work closely with our team in Germany and represent SCHLEICH as the primary technical contact in your region.

Your Position:

• Running calibrations and maintenance on SCHLEICH testing systems
• Providing on-site technical support to our customers
• Conducting fault analysis and providing support during service calls
• Leading customer training sessions and technical briefings
• Advising our customers on technical matters
• Supporting sales activities and customer projects
• Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Representing SCHLEICH during customer visits, events, and trade shows
• Close cooperation with our headquarters in Germany

Your Strengths:

• Training or degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field
• Experience in service, maintenance, calibration, or technical customer support
• Knowledge of electronics and measurement technology
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical documentation
• Independent and self-directed work style
• Passion for working with customers
• Good English skills
• Readiness to travel within your countr
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
