The FutureLab by WEPA is responsible for creating and launching new and sustainable hygiene solutions for new markets and new customer groups to diversify WEPA’s portfolio. We have the necessary expertise and methods to generate and validate ideas for products and services as well as to orchestrate innovation inside of WEPA. Together with our business units, we aim to launch solutions that enable consumers to live a hygienic and healthy life, and to spread an innovation mindset throughout the WEPA group.
We offer the following position at our Düsseldorf office:
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Supporting WEPA in product, service, and business model innovation projects
- Analyzing new market opportunities regarding consumer and business value
- Taking ownership for products and services from day 1
- Generating and validating ideas for new products and services
Your Profile:
Personality: Great people skills, exceptional communicator, good at structuring tasks and projects, interested in learning about product and service development, interested in solving open-ended problems, entrepreneurial and future-oriented mindset.
Knowledge & Experience: First experience in product / service development is beneficial, ideally some experience with customer-centric innovation methods, knowledge of organizational
transformation and cultural change would be beneficial, first experience in giving trainings and presentations would be advantageous.
Qualifications: Successfully finished the 4th semester in a business-, MINT-, or design-related Bachelor degree or already enrolled in a Master programme.
Language: Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
